How does the Free Trial work?

Try Keebo before you choose a plan. Send us up to 50 receipts with no obligation to continue. It is completely FREE, we will not ask for your payment information. You can choose to purchase a plan at any time once you are signed up to the free trial.

What can I Send to Keebo?

Receipts from any store or online purchase, and your purchase invoices from business suppliers. You can even send us telephone bills, utility and tax bills. We prefer if you dont send us bank or credit card statements, or ticket stubs.

How do I send my receipts to Keebo?

When you sign up we mail you freepost envelopes, or you can find our freepost address inside the members area. You can also forward us email receipts, take a picture of a receipt with your mobile and send it to us, or send us invoices by fax.

Will HMRC accept scans of my receipts?

Yes. HMRC states that digital copies if your receipts and purchase invoices are suitable proof of expenses for tax records.

What formats can I export my receipts and invoices to?

You can export to Excel, CSV, PDF and Word file formats. You can also send information directly to most online accountingsoftware including Sage, Quickbooks, Xero, Crunch, Freeagent and Kashflow. With one click from your Keebo account, all your expenses are published into your accounting system.

Are my documents secure?

Yes. Even though most receipts, by law, do not contain credit card numbers, we take security very seriously. Keebo.com uses the same data encryption technology as major banks.
